Asthma may be an issue for deciding on carpets but today there are asthma friendly materials. Try not to use strong scents for insect tablets unless you ensure ventilation. Freshen the air after kids wake up. Do not use sprays before sleeping time. However mild eucalyptus scent from an electric tablet/jar dispenser is a very good for colds. Kids artifacts? Their favourite toys. Teenage kids? While it's probably totally out of your control, let them experiment with style with their own taste.

The place where you relax in a bath should be an enchanting place. The bathroom is not a convenience. It is a sanctuary! Unclutter the shelves of all the bottles, toothpastes and shampoos, just leave the very necessary ones and store the rest. Use a very contrasting colour to the walls for the towels. Place carpets/mats near sink, bath and toilet. Try to find ones which have just 2 colours but one of the colour is the same as the towels. Invest in a radiator heater not a fan heater. To finish off: Obtain two Parthenon Friezes from us and place them around the bath; place green plants that love humidity on plant shelves (obtainable anywhere at less than a fiver) and finally, Candles!
